Web Development and Graphics Designing Services:
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our web development and graphics designing services if you are not satisfied with the initial design or development work. Once the final design or development has been approved by you, no refunds will be issued.
SEO, Facebook and Google Ads:
We do not offer refunds for SEO, Facebook or Google Ads services as these services are ongoing and require a considerable amount of time and effort to produce results.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel any ongoing services, you must notify us in writing. We will issue a refund for any unused services that have been paid for in advance.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.
Refunds will only be given for genuine reasons such as:
- The service delivered did not meet the expectations outlined in the contract.
- The service delivered was significantly different from what was agreed upon.
- The service delivered was not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Technical issues or other issues beyond our control prevented the service from being delivered.
