- JatinStack reserves the right to revise the fees for our Services at any time, with prior notice to the Client.
Intellectual Property Rights
- JatinStack retains all intellectual property rights to the Services provided to the Client.
- The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for their business purposes.
- The Client agrees not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the Services without prior written consent from JatinStack.
Confidentiality
- JatinStack and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality with respect to all information and documents exchanged between them.
- JatinStack will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Client.
- The Client will not disclose any confidential information of JatinStack to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
- JatinStack will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services provided to the Client.
- The liability of JatinStack will not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the Services.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement for Services with prior written notice.
- In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay JatinStack for all Services provided up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
